In April this year Maroma launched a new Instagram training program for our staff, deepening the connection between our team and our brand. Staff members were taught how to install, create accounts and use Instagram to engage with the content we post — including photos from events where they feature prominently, thus sharing this content with them and giving them an opportunity to share it with their family & friends. By empowering our team to interact, like, and even post about Maroma themselves, we hope to strengthen our team’ sense of connection and engage them more directly in the crafting and experiencing of the Maroma message.
