Born on the Coromandel Coast of South India in the international township of Auroville, Maroma began as a dream – to distill the essence of nature and share it with the world. Inspired by the Pondicherry’s perfume tradition, the abundance of natural essences from the Auroville bioregion and crafted by a community of artisans, every product reflects a love for the earth and for each other. From hand-poured candles to soaps made with indigenous botanicals and perfumes echoing French traditions, Maroma is a story of harmony – between people, planet, and purpose.
