Mode of Payment

Payments can be made through all major credit and debit cards and also through net banking.

Order Processing/Deliver/Delivery Charges

Goods are usually sent by speed post within 3 to 4 working days after your order is placed. In case there is likely to be any delay in despatch you will be informed in advance.

Custom made items may take longer.

Speed post takes from 5 to 6 days for delivery depending on your location.

Delivery charges depend on the weight and size of your order.

Once you check out before payment you will see the costs.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a purchase you can let us know through email at maroma@auroville.org.in or through our contact page.

If you wish to return a purchase it must be done within seven days of having recieved the products. Please also intimate us by email at maroma@auroville.org.in. The products shoud be returned undamaged,unopened and in the original packaging within five working days of this along with a copy of the delivery note or invoice.

Please also include a covering letter with your full account details.

However ,cancellation is not possible if the products have been custom made for you.

No return or cancellation is allowed on discounted items.

This information will be included on the relevant invoice.

Refunds will be made within 30 days after reciept of the returned product through the same channel that we recieve your payment. The refund will be the sum paid minus the direct delivery costs (transport and order handling costs)

Defective Goods

We take great care in the manufacture and packing /transit packing of our products. However should you have cause for complaint please send this to our Customer Care section via email at maroma@maroma.com with the details. We will get back to you on what to do, immediately.

This should be done within 7 days of receipt of the order, with a photo of the damaged article if possible.
